Gilded bronze pedestal table with an upper top in crystalline veined marble, supported by three legs, each made of 2 rods which end in a chiseled top foot, In the upper part, it is a capital which brings them together. The feet are connected between them by an open spacer adorned with an Olympic flame. The veined marble top is surrounded by a gallery.

This pedestal table is very much in the spirit of a piece of furniture by Adam Weisweiler (1744-1820) but was made around 1950. At the end of the 19th century, such high quality furniture was, among others, produced by the Maison Jansen who was inspired by old French models.
